At Gloera Clothings, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely.
Once your order is confirmed, we usually ship it the same day if placed before 4 PM (except Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location. We currently deliver across 19,000+ pincodes in India through trusted logistics partners. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional ₹99 charge.
We want you to feel great in every Gloera outfit. If something doesn’t fit or suit you, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.Returns or exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items purchased during clearance sales, as well as innerwear or accessories, are non-returnable. You can exchange your product for a different size (if available) within the same 5-day window. Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, refunds are processed through UPI or bank transfer after successful pickup and verification.
